²ÝÁñÊÓƵ, Oxford, MS 281 contains a copy of Ptolemy’s Almagesta in the translation of Gerard of Cremona, written in a steady gothic bookhand, for which a date around the third quarter of the thirteenth century may be suggested.  Both text and decoration have distinct interest.
